Need help with the Silvia AI app? Send a support request and include the device you use, your iOS or macOS version, and a short description of what happened. Please do not include passwords, API keys, or sensitive chat content.

Account and sign-in help

You can sign in with Apple, Google, or email. For an email account, use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen if you cannot access your account.

Delete your account

In the app, open the sidebar, choose Settings, and select “Permanently delete account.” After you confirm your identity, Silvia AI deletes the account and its account-linked chats. Deletion cannot be undone.
